Low-voltage complete devices up to 4000 A (LCD-0, 4 kV)

Complete low-voltage devices such as Prisma Plus(LCD) are intended for reception and distribution of electric energy in thecircuits of three-phase AC voltage 380/220V, frequency 50Hz, and for protectionof the lines from short circuit and overload.

LCD are made functionally in the form of induction,sectional and distribution switchboards, which are mounted in shields

 

Cabinets provide:

 

Introductory:
    *Input of electrical power from transformers by tires and cables above or below;
    * Protection of the main circuit by automatic breakers;
    *Voltage measurement (phase and interphase) and load currents;
    * Monitoring of active and reactive energy.

Sectional:
    * Automatic or manual connection(disconnection) of shield sections when powered by two inlets.

Distributive:
    *      distribution of electric power betweenconsumers;
    *      protectionof outgoing lines from short circuit currents and overloads with circuitbreakers;
    *       circuit breakers switchingon (off) manually or remotely;
    *      measurement of load currents of outgoing lines. 

Panels of electricity input and metering
Panels of electricity input and metering are intended for reception, energy metering, protectionof consumer busbars from short-circuit, overload and leakage currents. 

 Panels provide:
    * Power input;
    * Monitoring of active andreactive energy;
    *Control of voltage and current consumption values at inputs;
    * Consumer protection against overvoltage.

Specifications:
    * Nominal voltage 380/220V;
    * Frequency - 50Hz;
    * Nominal cabinet current - up to3200A;
    * Operating conditions - altitudeup to 1000m, environment unexplosive, containing no conductive dust, corrosivegases and vapors in concentrations that deplete the metal and insulation.
    * Nominal device operation - long;
    * The degree of corps protection -IP30, IP31, IP54, IP55.  
    * Panels meet the requirements ofGOST 12.2.007.0-75, GOST 22789-94, GOST12.1.004-91, TU U 31.2-31170127-001-2004and requirements "REI".

Construction:
The panels are produced on constructive type Prisma Plus Pof  Schneider Electric.
Dimensions of panels vary depending on the nominal currentand features of power supply.
The panel, on request, may be completed with a door (solidor transparent), with/without a lock.
As an introductory apparatus we use breakers Masterpact ofSchneider Electric.
Electricity meters are according to the order.
To control the supply network, metering devices are installed.

To order the opening panel, you must specify its type (eg,B-0800-30-01)

 

Sectional panels
The panels are designed to control the distribution of loads between the sections of LSD, busbar protection from short circuit and overload.

Specifications:
    * Nominal voltage 380/220V;
    * Frequency - 50Hz;
    * Nominal cabinet current - up to 3200A;
    * Operating conditions - altitude up to 1000m, environment unexplosive containing no conductive dust, corrosive gases and vapors in concentrations that deplete the metal and insulation.
    * Nominal device operation - long;
    * The degree of corps protection  - IP30, IP31, IP54, IP55.
    * color - white RAL 9001;
    * panels meet the requirements of GOST 12.2.007.0-75, GOST 22789-94, GOST12.1.004-91, TU U 31.2-31170127-001-2004 and requirements "REI".

The panels are made on form factor Prisma Plus P type of SchneiderElectric production.
Dimensions of panels vary depending on the appliedapparatus and the size of LSD.
The panel, on request, is completed by a door (solid ortransparent), which may have a lock.
As a sectional apparatus the Masterpact series breakers ofSchneider Electric production are used.
To order a sectional panel one must specify its type (eg,C-0800-30-05).

 

 

 

Distrubutive panels

Distribution Panels are designed to control the distribution ofloads between the sections of LSD and the consumer, to monitor load currents,to protect consumers from short-circuit and overloads.

 

Specifications:

  • Nominal voltage 380V;
  • Frequency - 50Hz ;
  • Nominal cabinet current - up to 3200A ;
  • Operating conditions - altitude up to 1000m, non-explosive environment containing no conductive dust, corrosive gases and vapors in concentrations that deplete the metal and insulation.  
  • Nominal device operation - long;
  • The degree of protection shell - IP30, IP31, IP54, IP55.
  • Color - white RAL 9001;
  • The panels meet the requirements of GOST 12.2.007.0-75, GOST 22789-94, GOST12.1.004-91, TU U 31.2-31170127-001-2004 and requirements "REI".

 

Construction:

The panel, on request, maybe completed with a door (solid or transparent), which may have a lock.
As a feeder apparatus we use breakers of Masterpact,Compact series produced by Schneider Electric.
The panels may be completed by ammeters and currenttransformers to monitor the current users.
To order a panel you must specify its type (e.g.P-0800-30-21) and fill out the questionnaire at the end of section for eachdistribution panel.
