Assignment and brief technical description
Control Boxes Series 5000 Я are designed for local and remote (automatic) control of one or more three-phase irreversible (reversible) motors or other consumers of electricity. The devices are designed for installation in industrial, residential, municipal and public facilities.
Nominal operating mode is continuous, short-term repeated and short-term.
Technical characteristics
• nominal voltage of power circuit - ~ 220 ~ 380 V
• nominal voltage of control circuit - ~ 220 ~ 380 V
• nominal current - up to 80 A
• degree of protection according to GOST 14254-96 - up to IP66
• climatic performance and placement category according to GOST 15150 – UZ
Design
Boxes are made a mounted type. The corps is made of reinforced steel plate with powder coating.
Input of the wires and cables is through glands mounted above and / or below the box.
Inside the box on the panel there is the power part (circuit-breakers for motor protection and electromagnetic actuators). Controls and alarms are placed on the door.
