Switchboards
Design and manufacture of switchboards (low-voltage complete devices) of any specificity and complexity, based on original engineering solutions for civil and housing construction, industry, infrastructure, energy and maritime shipbuilding are the most important elements of our company operation.
Low-voltage switchgears (shields LCD-0,4 kV) are intended for reception, recording and distribution of electric power three-phase AC voltage 380/220V in networks with earthed or insulated neutral, and also to protect lines from overload, short circuit currents and leakage currents.
Power distribution and control switchboards (PDCS) are intended for supply, distribution, protection and control of electric motors and/or other users.
Reactive power compensation switchboards (CU-0,4 kV) are designed for reactive power compensation in electrical networks. There are manual and automatic controls of reactive power provided.
All electrical switchboards, produced by our company, meet all the parameters imposed on this class of electrical equipment for electrical safety and reliability of electricity supply, determined by IEC 60439-1. All boards produced meet TU U31.2-31170127-001-2004, as well as current regulations of REI and GOST (DSTU) in Ukraine
Designer and electrician assistance
Current load on the wires and cables, rubber, PVC insulated
Permissible continuous currents for wires with a rubber or PVC
insulation, cords with rubber insulation, and cables with rubber or
plastic insulation in the lead, PVC and rubber covers are shown in Table
(1-9) according to the EMP (Section 1, it.1.3.10 -1.3. 11). The values
of currents are adopted for the temperatures: +65 of cores, ambient air
+25 and land +15 º C.
While determining the number of wires installed in one pipe (or cores of
a multi-core conductor), the zero working four-core conductor of
three-phase current, as well as grounding and zero protective conductors
shall not be considered.

Control switchboards of motor with frequency converters (SFC) are low-voltage complete devices designed to control the speed of three-phase asynchronous motors with power from 0,18 to 630kWt by changing the frequency and amplitude of voltage.

Automatic transfer switch (ATS) is designed to restore power for the consumers through the automatic connection of emergency power when disconnected from the working power source and automatic restoration of basic supply, at restoration of the working power source. ATS are widely used in electrical supply systems in industrial plants, communication facilities and transport to ensure the reliability of electricity for consumers of the 1 st and 2 nd category (see REI).
Distribution, lighting and apartment switchboards (DS, LS, AS)
Distribution switchboards (DS) and lighting switchboards (LS) are
assigned for reception and distribution of electricity with voltage of
380/220 V of three-phase AC, 50 Hz, as well as for occasional (not more
than six times per hour) commutations and protection of single-phase
off-lines from over-voltage and short circuit. Switchboards are designed
for installation in industrial and public buildings. They are mounted
on a vertical surface. Nominal operational mode is long. Apartment switchboards (AS) are designed for supply of residential
apartments and are used for input and distribution of electricity with
nominal voltage of 220V AC 50Hz and protection of the groups of lines
from short circuit and overload. Switchboards are installed in the
apartments, individual houses, cottages, garages, etc. Storey detection and distribution switchboards (SS)
Storey switchboards are designed for receiving, distributing and monitoring (if a meter is available) of AC in power systems with the earthed neutral, to protect lines from overload and short circuit currents and non-permissible leakage currents into the ground (if protective cutout device – PCD – is available), and for placement of devices of radio, telephone and television networks.
Input distributive devices (IDD)
Input distributive devices (IDD) are designed for reception, distribution and monitoring of electric power AC systems with earthed neutral, and to protect lines from overload and short circuit currents.
The devices are intended for indoor switchboards installations in residential and public buildings.
The use of IDD is permitted for other objects with the similar scheme of power supply.
Distribution points (DP)
Distribution points (DP) are designed for power distribution and
protection of lines and consumers from short-circuit, overload and
leakage currents. Distribution points are designed for installation in various fields of industry and housing. They are recommended for use with switchboards IDD, IRB.
Input and input-registration boards (IB and IRB)
The boards are designed for installation in industrial, public, municipal and other objects of energy supply. The metal structure consists of one or more frames, connected in line, on which various panels and doors are established.
Switchboards of inner substation and external lighting (SL-48, SEL)
Condensing units (CU-0, 4kV)
Condencing units KU-0, 4 are equipped with capacitors of Varplus2 series, special contactors Telemecanique, and regulators of reactive power Varlogic.
Control Boxes Я 5000 Series

Control Boxes Series 5000 Я are designed for local and remote
(automatic) control of one or more three-phase irreversible (reversible)
motors or other consumers of electricity. The devices are designed for
installation in industrial, residential, municipal and public
facilities. Nominal operating mode is continuous, short-term repeated and short-term.
Low-voltage complete devices up to 4000 A (LCD-0, 4 kV)
Complete low-voltage devices such as Prisma Plus(LCD) are intended for reception and distribution of electric energy in thecircuits of three-phase AC voltage 380/220V, frequency 50Hz, and for protectionof the lines from short circuit and overload.
LCD are made functionally in the form of induction,sectional and distribution switchboards, which are mounted in shields
